That's why every pair of Charlie Wilder boots is covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. If we determine there's a defect in the materials or craftsmanship, we'll work with you to make it right.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects but doesn't cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, alterations, or repairs made by third parties. Scratches, scuffs, creases, and signs of a life well-lived are all part of your boots' story.

To start a warranty claim, simply reach out to our team with your order information and photos of the issue. We'll review everything and guide you through the next steps.

Depending on the situation, we may repair, replace, or offer store credit for the affected item.
